We love putting together bundles. By bundling similar type products together, the cost of processing each item in the package is less and we pass the savings to our customers.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Do you Drop Ship?
Drop shipping companies order products after they receive an order. Then they have their suppliers ship to you. That is not customer friendly as the company you purchased from has never seen the product. All products we sell are first sent to our location where we inspect them ourselves. Once an order is placed by our customers they can know that they are getting what they ordered. Also fulfillment is much faster.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States only.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Different shipping time and cost to the United States are presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:
Standard Shipping (4-5 business days) - Free
Expedited Shipping (3 business days) - $5
Priority Shipping (2 business days) - $10
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "Track Your Order" section on the website.
Do you accept returns?
We have an unconditional 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 60 days.
